1.How can i check out my order ?

We can ship to every corner of the whole world.


3.How do i know if my package was sent out ?How can i track my package ?
We ship your package with air registered parcel ,you will be notified a online tracking NO. by email automatically .You can track  your package at the offical post website in 24 hours after we ship your package .


4.How much is my shipping charges ?
Shipping charges depends on the weight of your items and the shipping method .After you choose your shipping method ,the shipping charges will be calculated automatically .You need not to pay any taxes .Please read our shipping&payment policy to get more details .


5. Can I customize the kits by exchanging brushes?
We cannot exchange brushes between kits and cannot sell specific brushes from the kits individually. We plan to expand our individual brush line soon. 

6.How can i check my order status?
If you have a C.P.C Cosmetics Online Account, you can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your C.P.C Cosmetics Online orders.
For questions regarding the status of your order, you may contact our online customer service or by email. Please include your order number with all inquiries.

7.What is your return policy?
Unsatisfy items:
We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the amount of the purchase without shipping charges. 
Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Defective items:
If the items recieved  are defective , please contact us immediately , you will get a full refund . 

Damaged items :
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately by email . Please provide the order number along with your email address and the pictures of damaged items for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
